Relationships are such an important and pivotal part of our lives. With that being said, EVERY relationship has its trials and difficulties. In couples therapy, you & your partner will learn how to strengthen your similarities and respect your differences. The goal is not to stop fighting (since that's not human!) but to learn how to fight FAIR.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I started offering telehealth sessions & soon realized the benefits far beyond the pandemic. I now indefinitely offer telehealth services to ensure the safety & health of all my clients as well as for flexibility & different needs. The telehealth system that I use is HIPAA compliant, user friendly, and provides generally the same experience as in-office therapy.
